Three things, nothing more

No budgets. No accounting. Just enough to stop anyone from chasing receipts weeks after you're home.

01 · Plan

An itinerary everyone can actually follow.

Drop in flights, hotels, dinner reservations and tasting tours. Everybody on the trip sees the same day-by-day view — and gets a nudge ten minutes before the next thing.

02 · Pay

Log an expense in six seconds.

Who paid, what for, who's in. Expenses take five taps and the split updates for everyone on the trip instantly.

03 · Settle

The fewest possible transactions.

At the end of the trip we compute a minimum-transfer settlement: instead of eight people paying each other, maybe two people pay one person. Tap to mark as paid.

Split, settled

From 53 expenses
to a few payments.

Our settlement engine compresses everyone's IOUs into the smallest set of transfers. On a ten-person trip with dozens of receipts, that's usually a handful of payments — and never more than nine.

  • Uneven splits, percentage splits, exact amounts
  • Mark paid, attach a receipt, close the loop

Plan the trip

Build the days.
Enjoy the trip.

Build the days as they'll actually happen — Friday flight, Saturday dinner, the ferry on Sunday. Everything else hangs off it: who's where, what got paid for, and which expense belonged to which evening.

Day-by-day, not pin-by-pin

Order things by when, not by where. The 8pm reservation comes after the 4pm tour.

Map shows where the day takes you

Each scheduled stop lands on a map of the trip. Tap to jump to it. No pin-soup.

Kind words

Used by groups who like each other enough to go away together.

We used to have a shared spreadsheet that someone would inevitably forget to update. Now nobody thinks about money until the last day.

Islay trip, 10 friends

The minimum-transfers thing sounds dorky until you realise our group of seven settled up in one payment.

It does one thing brilliantly — takes the admin out of the trip so we can actually enjoy it. Quietly became the app our group opens first.

Questions that come up

Short answers.

Does Kindiro move money?

No. We only calculate who owes whom. Transfers happen on Revolut, bank apps, Venmo — whatever your group already uses.

Does everyone have to use the same currency?

No. Each expense stays in the currency it was paid in — pay for the cottage in EUR, the ferry in GBP, dinner in EUR again. Settlement runs per currency, so a multi-currency trip ends with one settlement plan per currency rather than a single one with a baked-in FX rate to argue about.

What happens when someone joins late?

They see the trip but they're only on the hook for expenses tagged with them. Kindiro recalculates the settlement live.

Is it secure?

Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never see your bank details — there aren't any to see.

Can I connect it to Claude or another AI?

Yes — we ship a public MCP server. Connect it to Claude (or any client that speaks MCP) and it can read your trips, expenses, members, and settlements on your behalf.

  1. Open Claude Settings → Connectors.
  2. Click Add custom connector and paste the URL above.
  3. Approve the prompt — Kindiro asks for read-only access to your trips. You can revoke it any time from the same screen.

Sign-in goes through your existing Kindiro account, so the agent only ever sees the trips you can see.

Your next trip is going to happen whether you like it or not.

Spend the five minutes setting it up now, and enjoy the actual trip later.
